Hybrid (event)
The hybrid event is a type of virtual event that includes both an in-person and a remote component. The hybrid event merges offline and online on the same screen, leveraging the benefits of both formats. A hybrid event can also be configured with multiple remote participants and a physical space with a small audience. This gives us two simultaneous spaces or actions that combine remote and in-person settings. The physical space has a live audience and a central screen that acts like a regular stage. Side screens support by broadcasting what the audience is seeing on the digital meeting platform. This ensures full interaction between the three parts:
- 1. Audience present in the venue.
- 2. Remote speakers who appear as if on stage using a green screen.
- 3. Other active participants in the event joining remotely via the digital meeting platform.
